Plan changes

Many times, those stick to the head tightly ones, they don't understand why i keep changing all the times. I think Pak Lah will love me because i am always keeping up to the changes and of course can support his 9th Malaysia Plan (MP) not mana pergi :))

I planned for a week and thought of going to Penang to take part in the Songkran water festival and later after many sms with few friends, i found the new info and change my plan again.

Now, till this point of time, i plan to go to Ipoh to get the ticket, according to a very good frind :)) Thus, my Songkran is out and other activities also out. I may go straight from IPOH to BETONG, a southern town of Thailand.

Huh, now it is a time to argue again that as a man, he goes to Betong for what ? Any locals will giggle. Therefore, you know what the evil mind they have. Well, the blame cannot be totally on them because it was a town of whorse was the main image in the past.

I do not know how the town will be, i am just going to visit the town, first time, but from the search in the internet, the town has clean the image of that name, i hope, at least.

Fine, when i am back, i shall let you all know what it looks like and of course my fortune too :))

Before i log off. well, i am all the time vey bad habit, will check the mails and read the online news then only blog it. By the time i am writing it, i am feeling tired and could not think well.

OK, let me cut some of the interesting chat ( wasted some of my time and also benefit u all too ) :

A boring afternoon

Budget si the very vital for me during this period of time. No income only out go. :)) Thus, i planned to have a very economical food but nutrious.

I bought the red beans and boiled for the whole night. In the late afternoon have the cucumber too. Ok, forgot to say, apples as well i bought in the TESCO.

Fine, tomorrow will either go to Penang to take part in the Songkran at the Siam temple at Burma road or go to Betong. I don't know much of Betong but now i should take the opportunity to visit this town.

So, will not log in for some time and hope when i return, all will be good. The net now is not too good. Well, have to tolerate lor.

I also email to UTAR that i want to study MA Chinese studies lor, they laughed at me of course some support.

Let all be then it will be.

Road accident

For a long time never walking on the raod at home, it seemed i have forgotten the primary school lesson.

Crossing the road must look at the left and then right.

I only looked at the right as i was crossing the raod after going to the bank to check the balance and when i almost wanted to rush, yes RUSH across the road, i felt that i hit someone's hand first then the hard object and i turned my head and saw the uncle was saying in Cantonese:

"I thought you are not moving".I got the first shock and then i replied that" you should pass at the back of the road" because he was on the wrong side of the road.

Though i was a little angry and felt that why he did not ring bell from his bicycle. At least, my hearing is not totally failed.

Thanks for no bloodly accident but only a shock to shoke me up in the late morning, however, i still feel that i have forgotten the slogan i learnt when i was in the primary school, nope, the song that broadcast a few days ago in the children programme at the local radio station.

Gou ma lu, xian kan kan zuo bian zai kan kan you bian.

That was why the frind in Sisaket asked me "why when you crossed the road you have to look at some many times left and right."

Of course he did not know i had the song 'crossing the road ( guo ma lu ) when i was in Primary school year one.

Now the kids learn it before 5 years old.

　　人是理性的动物，可总免不了逃学，周末突然失踪，或像华尔街离婚女人似的疯狂购物。一些心理学家表示，冲动行为是一种司空见惯的强力反抗行为，是强烈愿望的一种表达形式。

　　冲动与抽烟、酗酒和吸毒等不良行为有关

　　近几年，研究精神病、上瘾症和冲动行为的科学家大量涌现，他们在四处寻找冲动形成的原由。最新的研究表明，冲动与抽烟、酗酒和吸毒有关。自杀倾向高的人和饮食有问题的青少年比较冲动。好斗、好赌、严重病态人格和注意力不集中的人冲动倾向高。据美国去年完成的一项全国精神调查，大约有9%的美国人有冲动问题。

　　美国新奈山医学院的心理学家杰宁·佛罗利在3月出版的《精神病学研究》杂志上发表的一项研究表明，经过对351名健康成年人和70名患有与冲动相关的精神失常症，如边缘性人格违常患者进行调查和成套的测试，以检测其抑制力如何、是否喜欢冒风险和制定计划。

　　被测试者对问题的回答可以测量他们对冒险的兴奋程度有多大，如“我喜欢亲自考察一个陌生城市或城区”和“我喜欢品尝我以前从来没有吃过的食物”，经过分析，研究人员发现两组中喜欢冒险的人都吸烟。但在健康志愿者中，爱冒险还与接受教育程度高有关。在以前的研究中，健康的冒险者具有较强烈的好奇心，且喜欢进行新体验。在自我计划制定的测试中，有的回答是“我比大多数人都能存钱”和“我讨厌凭第一印象做决定”。研究人员发现，在健康和有问题的两组人中，做事欠考虑的人都酗酒厉害。

　　在此研究中，病态人格和计划不周详者以前还试图自杀过。佛罗利表示，喜欢探索和缺乏深思熟虑，这二者数百万健康人都有，不会出现问题，而只有那些极度冲动的人才会导致慢性问题或精神病。这可能是强烈欲望的人容易出现问题的原因之一，而健康人能对他们自己的想法进行紧急刹车。

　　人们如何刹车、何时刹车是区分谁在时常吸食海洛因或可卡因，谁获得了美国“常春藤名校”(Ivy League)的学位和谁死于冒险尝试的关键所在。

　　研究表明，爱狂欢、赌博、吸毒和侥幸成功的人冒险时，本质上都很狡猾。实际上，这些人敢冒的风险不过是爬一爬山，慢慢地吸吮他们的鸡尾酒、吸上几口烟或把脚趾放在悬崖边上，然后泰然自若地撤退。华盛顿大学的精神病学与基因学教授罗伯特·克罗林格说：“这些都是些自控力很强的人。在冒险时，他们有目标，且足智多谋。”

　　相反，被自己的冲动所颠覆的人更加相信或完全相信自己的第一印象。

　　“我是一个非常直觉的人，当有人在我面前撒谎时，我能很快知道。”55岁的电脑系统分析师托马斯·切波尔说，他的火暴脾气更加恶化了他们吵闹的婚姻。经过治疗后，切波尔好些了。以前他常常凭预感就马上行动。他说：“其他人在打断我之前允许我说20个单词，而我只许他们说4个。我从来没有耐心等结果出来，也等不及看其他人是否错了。”

　　大脑前额叶区功能欠佳影响了慎重考虑，导致不愉快的结果

　　如今科学家已经开始解答冲动的自然因素，并确定可以从自我破坏行为中区分出良性行为的原理。最近的一项大脑与心理研究工作有助于解释冲动行为是如何发展的？又是何时让人们误入歧途的？幼年时的情感生活不顺利，再加上基因上的问题，二者的有效结合大大促进了这个人有高风险的冲动行为，就像是个人本能使然。

　　美国迈阿密大学的心理学家查尔斯·卡弗说：“我们现在所看到的是快速汇集的证据表明大脑的管理监督系统，即大脑的前额叶区功能欠佳影响了他们的慎重考虑，结果是导致了不愉快的冲动行为。”

　　很少有专家怀疑在某些情况下，冲动可以获得成功，得到回报。比如，有时下一笔赌注可以赢来大把的钱，买一张彩票能中奖。当生命短暂而又充满风险时，当资源匮乏难以满足需求时，冒险获得的回报是快速的解决办法。科学家在研究狒狒和猴子时，发现青春期较冲动的动物往往成年时能当上“领导”，而等到它们当上“领导”时，它们就没有那么强烈的冲动意识了

If you read this and feel surprised like me, it is nothing wrong because we are not in the situation.

But, i wonder how he lives before he is married and if he can live that way, when he is away from his wife, why he needs a contractual marriage? Isn't this is abused of power, man power.

now, let us put it this way that when he is away, can the wife also can have contractual marriage ???

On the whole, i think there are things to guide but not abusing the name of war.

My good eco friend is gone

The creepper plants were distroyed. I left it dry for a few days. It was raining the day before and i did not realise the heat, morning sun that could heat the kitchen so badly.

The plants acted as a shield for the heat and my kitchen was cold but now have to contend with the heat. Well, if i am going to stay longer, i shall build a net for the plants to creep. Sorry, my creeper friends, you are gone now and you shall have your place later.

We are, all of the sudden, feeling that we have ignored so much of the nature that we could use and live happily together if we know how to manipulate the nature plants.

That is the reason that i do not like to cement my house compound like others. i am using the nature plants to neutralise the nature. especially the heat that our human beings have destroyed.
