A disappointment of SISB

Feeling that Singapore International School Bangkok would dispose the myth that the native speaker is the best teacher in Thailand. With two universities in the world class ranking top 30, it is disgusted that the school management did not justify the discrimination of such silly thought.

I wonder there are native speakers in the classroom in Singapore schools.If there is no such scenario and the country can produce world class students, this would serve as a remainder for the Thai, which the English standard is the lowest in South East Asia country that ASEAN countries can do it without so called the native speaker and digging into the poor pockets of the Thai parents.

Therefore, it is time for the Thai people to realise what they should change in the policy but not the outdated concept.

In today's world, who speak only one langauge ? Yes, American professes that but this only is the short-sighted American view.

Speaking Teachers to apply for the following position:• Kindergarten homeroom
teacher. The candidate must hold a bachelors degree in education preferably with
an early childhood emphasis. • Primary homeroom teacher with a bachelors of
education and experience in elementary/primary education.Candidates should be
from UK/Australia/Canada/New Zealand/US or Singapore. Teachers will be expected to teach a range of curriculum areas including Language, Maths, Science, Arts, P.E., Health and Computing.The school offers a 1 year contract, competitive salary with work permit and visas provided.
